Due to the intimate nature of our leak-proof period panties, we accept returns only in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the panties must be unused, unworn, and have the original hygiene seal inside fully intact. Returns will not be accepted or refunded if the seal has been removed, tampered with, or if the product shows signs of use, washing, or forceful or intentional damage. Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product, and any item returned without an intact seal or found to be deliberately damaged will not qualify for a refund.
